The Garden Tea Room, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Brackenwood Plant Centre, Pill Road, Abbots Leigh, Bristol was given the score after assessment on August 23, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 260 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 182 (70%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
