Otium, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at 12 Carlton Street, Weston-Super-Mare was given the maximum score after assessment on August 28, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of North Somerset's 260 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 182 (70%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
