New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of North Somerset’s takeaways, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Ho Ho Chinese & Thai Takeaway, at 25a Bournville Road, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 12.

And Subway at Budgens, at Budgens, A38 Bypass, Langford, Bristol was also given a score of four on June 12.

It means that of North Somerset's 138 takeaways with ratings, 80 (58%) have ratings of five and just two have zero ratings.
