New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of North Somerset’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Butterflies Coffee Shop, at 77 Hill Road, Clevedon, North Somerset was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 28.

And Unit 1 Takeaway, at Unit 1 Cattlemarket Business Park, Chew Road, Winford, Bristol was given a score of zero on June 28.

It means that of North Somerset's 270 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 193 (71%) have ratings of five and just three have zero ratings.
