Food hygiene ratings given to two North Somerset restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of North Somerset’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of North Somerset’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.

Puro, at 32-34 Hill Road, Clevedon, North Somerset was handed a four-out-of-five rating after assessment on April 28.

And Brown's Stateside Diner, at 24 Meadow Street, Weston-Super-Mare, North Somerset was given a score of zero on April 29.

It means that of North Somerset's 253 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 177 (70%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
