Top-ranked Indian restaurant on Tripadvisor in Whitchurch given one-star food hygiene rating
New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to four of Bristol’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows.
They included a one-star rating for Blue Ginger in Gilda Parade, Whitchurch.

Hide AdThe Bengal cuisine restaurant is ranked ninth best out of 1,166 restaurants in Bristol with 370 reviews on Tripadvisor.
It also has the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice badge for 2021.
In the inspection, carried out on October 18, the food safety officer said ‘major improvement necessary’ in the management of food safety.
They said ‘improvement necessary’ in hygienic food handling and cleanliness and condition of facilities and building.
