Good news as food hygiene ratings handed to two Bath and North East Somerset restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bath and North East Somerset’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bath and North East Somerset’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Bathford Village Shop And Cafe, at Bathford Community Shop, 54 Bathford Hill, Bathford, Bath was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on June 21.

And Mulberry And Thyme, at Hillier Garden Centre, Whiteway Road, Whiteway, Bath was also given a score of five on June 21.

It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 364 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 237 (65%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
