Good news as food hygiene ratings awarded to two Bath and North East Somerset restaurants

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to two of Bath and North East Somerset’s restaurants, cafes or canteens, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them both.

Archway Cafe, at Arch 7, Lower Bristol Road, Westmoreland, Bath was handed a five-out-of-five rating after assessment on July 27.

And Raphael Restaurant Limited, at Raphael Restaurant, Gascoyne House, Upper Borough Walls, City Centre was also given a score of five on July 27.

It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 363 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 234 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
