Good news as food hygiene ratings awarded to 11 Bath and North East Somerset establishments

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 11 of Bath and North East Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

New food hygiene ratings have been awarded to 11 of Bath and North East Somerset’s establishments, the Food Standards Agency’s website shows – and it’s good news for them all.

Restaurants, cafes and canteens

The following ratings have been given to five restaurants, cafes or canteens:

• Rated 5: Rooted Vegetarian Cafe at 20 Newbridge Road, Newbridge, Bath; rated on July 13

• Rated 5: The Ivy Bath Brasserie at 39 Milsom Street, City Centre, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset; rated on July 13

• Rated 5: Atrium Cafe at Central Wing, Royal United Hospital, Lower Weston, Bath; rated on June 30

• Rated 5: Lansdown Restaurant at Central Wing, Royal United Hospital, Lower Weston, Bath; rated on June 30

• Rated 5: Oasis Cafe at Sport & Social Club, Royal United Hospital, Lower Weston, Bath; rated on June 30

Pubs, bars and nightclubs

And five ratings have been handed to pubs, bars or nightclubs:

• Rated 5: Raincheck at 7 Edgar Buildings, City Centre, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset; rated on July 11

• Rated 5: The House Of St John's at 1 Queen Square, City Centre, Bath, Bath And North East Somerset; rated on July 11
