Bath and North East Somerset's motorists will have three road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.

But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.

The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:

A4, from 8pm January 30 to 6am February 4, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A4 Bath westbound, lane closure for barrier works.

And a further two closures will begin over the next seven days:

A4, from 8pm January 31 to 6am February 12, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A4 Bathampton westbound, lane closure for horticultural works.

A4, from 8pm February 14 to 6am February 19, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A4 Bathampton westbound, exit slip closed for horticultural works, diversion via Cold Ashton roundabout and back.

National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
