KFC, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Ashmead Road, Keynsham was given the score after assessment on June 1, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 362 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 237 (65%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
