Domino's Pizza, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Dominos, Ashmead Road, Keynsham was given the score after assessment on January 27, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 365 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 219 (60%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
