The Grumpy Baker, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at The Gumpy Baker, 1 Moorland Road, Oldfield Park, Bath was given the score after assessment on September 2, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 368 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 225 (61%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
