Zubs Cafe, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Zubs Caf�, Old Bristol Road, Keynsham, Bath And North East Somerset was given the maximum score after assessment on September 22, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 364 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 226 (62%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
