Dos Dedos, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Dod Dedos, Edgar Mews, Bartlett Street, City Centre was given the maximum score after assessment on September 5, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 368 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 226 (61%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
