A Bath and North East Somerset drinking establishment has been handed a new four-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

The Hop Pole, a pub, bar or nightclub at The Hop Pole Public House, 7 Albion Buildings, Upper Bristol Road, Lower Weston was given the score after assessment on April 14, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.

It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 146 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 94 (64%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
