The Locksbrook Inn, a pub, bar or nightclub at 103 Locksbrook Road, Newbridge, Bath was given the score after assessment on April 20, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Bath and North East Somerset's 124 pubs, bars and nightclubs with ratings, 86 (69%) have ratings of five and just one has a zero rating.
