1. Kelston - 30 minutes away
A small, delightful village on the road between Bristol and Bath offering plenty to do. 2. Pensford
The Somerset village in the Chew Valley is of special architectural and historic interest. The prominent feature of Pensford is the viaduct, which once took trains on the Bristol and North Somerset Railway until closure in 1959 - but there is much more. Take a seat in one of the best pub gardens in the UK at the Rising Sun and enjoy a pint overlooking the River Chew.
