The UK's "best mobile theme park" is set to return from next week (July 19) with a brand new summer event at Durdham Downs.

Funderworld will be holding their Festival of Summer from July 19 to August 17 where guests will have access to four hours of unlimited rides from arrival on more than 20 attractions.

The theme park will see the addition of King Loops, the three-floored Haunted House and Mini Miami for the youngsters in the family.

Red Devil will also make a return after debuting last Easter. It is spectacular and comes alive especially after dusk with its stunning lights and there are only two of these rides in the UK.

Visitors' favourites the Crazy Mouse, 60m Sky Swing and the fastest ride travelling Airmaxx will also be back.

The summer event will also see the addition of live entertainment, a licensed bar and live music.

- DinoInvasion on July 21 from 1pm and August 10 and 11.

- Zoo Mania on July 28 from 1pm

- Super Heroes on August 8 with surprise characters throughout the day

- Kids Disco on August 9 with fun and games and special guests

Funderworld will be open from 5pm to 9pm on July 19 (with tickets on half price) and 22 to 24, and from 1pm to 9pm from July 20, 21 and from July 25 to August 17. Tickets start at £5 and can be booked online or on the day via the Box Office. Car parking is available on the Downs and free for visitors (weather permitting).
