Alzheimer's Society to host Memory Walk in Bristol - Here's what you need to know
The Alzheimer's Society is organising a Memory Walk in Bristol, offering a way for the community to come together and support a worthy cause.
People across Bristol and the South West are invited to take part in this year’s Alzheimer’s Society Memory Walk on September 6.
The walks are open to all ages and abilities with routes ranging from 2km to 10km.
There are currently 12 walks happening across England Wales and Northern Ireland, including Bristol.

They are free free to sign up to and some even welcome dog owners with their furry friends.
The money raised will help fund vital dementia support and ground breaking research for around one million people living with dementia in the UK including more than 101,500 people in the South West with over 4,600 of them based in Bristol alone.
With a £160 fundraising target per person, every pound donated to Alzheimer’s Society helps to make a life-changing difference to people living with dementia.
