League One shirt prices for 2022-23 with £15 gap between cheapest and dearest

All but one League One club have now released their home shirts for the upcoming 2022/23 season, but how do they stack up in price?

It’s less than a week until the 2022/23 League One season starts and anticipation is building in a division that is hard to predict and extremely tough to get out of

One of the most important components of a new campaign is being kitted out in a new kit. It is very rare that some teams choose to stick with the same home shirt for the same season.

Towards the end of last week, Bristol Rovers revealed their home shirt now, sticking to their blue and white quarters that they are synonymous for, though the back of the shirt is predominantly blue.

A kit is the best away to attract sponsors with a main one sitting on the front whilst there’s also an option to sell on the sleeves, the back and as well as the shorts.

Macron, who provide Rovers' shirt are the most used manufacturer with them, Bolton Wanderers, Oxford United and Sheffield Wednesday using their kits. Joma and Puma are then tied with three teams apiece, whilst there are unusual manufacturers like O'Neills for Wycombe Wanderers, TAG for Burton Albion and PlayerLayer for Forest Green Rovers.

Out of the 24 teams in the division, only Derby County have yet to release their new shirt design, with more pressing matters at hand this summer, having fought off the threat of liquidation after being in administration.

All the other clubs have released their shirts, but we still await a price from Shrewsbury Town, with their new kit available for order on Monday.

Below are 23 of the 24 third tier clubs shirt prices for adults as stated on the official club shop. Most shirts are available to buy and some have been worn abroad by supporters on their pre-season trips.

Do you think that the prices of these shirts are fair? Would you buy one and who has the best design? Let us know!
