Ipswich winger Matt Ward has joined Derry City on loan ahead of the start of the new League of Ireland season. The 19-year-old has been given the green light to leave on a temporary basis to get some more experience under his belt. The Tractor Boys make the trip to Bristol Rovers tonight on the back of their 2-2 draw with Sheffield Wednesday last time out.

Peterborough United forward to leave

Peterborough United attacker Johnson Gyamfi is poised to join Peterborough Sports on loan. The Peterborough Telegraph report he will link up with the National League North side on Thursday ahead of the weekend. He joined the Posh back in 2021 from Leicester City and had a stint at Boston United earlier this season to get some game time.

Departed Fleetwood Town man lands new club

Defender Mikey Devlin has been snapped up by Hibernian following his departure from Fleetwood Town. He spent the first-half of this campaign with Scott Brown’s side but made just four appearances in all competitions before leaving in January. The former Aberdeen man has now made the switch back up to Scotland and will play under ex-Bristol City manager Lee Johnson at Easter Road.
