Charlton Athletic having clear out

Charlton Athletic are poised to cut ties with striker Jayden Stockley and winger Charlie Kirk. The Addicks’ boss Dean Holden is looking to put his own stamp on the team.

According to London News Online, Stockley is heading to fellow third tier club Fleetwood Town on a two-and-a-half year deal. Meanwhile, the same source reports that Kirk is also ‘set’ to depart and is wanted by Burton Albion.

Ipswich Town winger wanted

Ipswich Town winger Kyle Edwards is attracting interest from elsewhere. The East Anglian Daily Times claim ‘multiple’ clubs have asked about signing him, one of which is believed to be Hull City in the Championship.

However, the Tractor Boys want to keep hold of him. He joined the East Anglian outfit in 2021 and has since scored twice in 49 games in all competitions.
