Every former Bristol Rovers player who is set to be a free agent this summer

Take a look at the all the ex-Gas players who are out of contract and could be available on a free transfer this summer.

Bristol Rovers summer transfer plans are underway as they await the decisions of those who they have offered new deals.

Josh Grant, Grant Ward and youth players Harvey Greenslade and Ryan Jones, have been offered new terms, as Joey Barton tries to assemble a squad capable of pushing for the play-offs. Grant's been at the club for several years and despite his injury hell this year, he is highly thought of by Barton, and after undergoing surgery to rectify the long-term problem, it could almost be like a new signing. Ward - who could be viewed as Grant's replacement in his absence - made a big impact after joining from Blackpool, following his own history with injuries.

Rovers have lost several players after opting not to renew their contract, with Harry Anderson and Paul Coutts the most high profile departures from the Memorial Stadium. Coutts was meant to take a coaching role, but it's now likely he'll go elsewhere, and maybe to a team back in Scotland to be closer to his family. Harry Anderson meanwhile was offered a contract, but the players representative and club could not come to an agreement and now both Portsmouth and Wrexham can push to sign him.

As for incomings, up to 12 new signings have been suggested, and the free agent market is expected to be looked at. We've looked at retained lists published already, as well as those whose contracts are up, and have found several players who had an association to the Gas. Would you take any of these players back? Some of them have had their best days already, but others could definitely compliment the squad.
