Bristol Rovers conclude the regular season of League Two with a sold-out match at the Memorial Stadium against Scunthorpe United.

The Gas have an outside chance of promotion as they await any slip up from Northampton against Barrow.

Rovers will have to do their own job first though and that is by being the worst ranked side in the division.

Scunthorpe are rock bottom of the division and are 11 points adrift of fellow relegated side Oldham Athletic.

The hosts must overturn a five goal deficit should both they and Northampton Town win if they are to win automatic promotion.

When does the match start?

The game will kick-off at 15.00 GMT at a sold out Memorial Stadium in Bristol.

What’s the latest team news for Bristol Rovers?

Joey Barton believed he may have rushed back Josh Grant too quickly and that may have accounted for Rovers’ shipping of goals against Rochdale last week.

The 39-year-old has a dilemma on his hands on whether to completely change the formation of his side to chase goals or stick to the trusted 4-1-4-1/4-2-3-1 formation that has worked well for him in the second part of the season.

Leon Clarke was ruled out of this match by Barton last week whilst Alfie Kilgour has been a long-term absentee.

Paul Coutts is absent as he serves the first of a four game suspension after being sent off in last week’s 4-3 win.
