Bristol Rovers conclude their League One campaign against play-off bound Bolton Wanderers at the Memorial Stadium.

The Trotters have already secured their place in the top six, but can only finish either fifth or sixth. Rovers meanwhile have been safe for the last few weeks, and can finish as high as 14th, and as low as 17th.

Sunday's match is potentially the last time we'll see some Gas players with five loan players set to return to their parent clubs, and others are out of contract. Some have already played potentially their last game for the club with club captain Paul Coutts ruled out with a knee injury. He has been out since March, and has taken to the coaching dugout to assist Barton.

Josh Grant is out-of-contract, but is expected to return in the summer. He has been out with a knee injury for most of the season and underwent surgery back in October. The former Chelsea prospect had made a return to training but a slight groin injury has put to bed any chance of him playing another game this season.

Jordan Rossiter is another that won't play a part in the final match of the season. He has been out since December with a torn meniscus and has missed several months of action, with the former Liverpool midfielder set to return in pre-season.

Anssi Jaakkola is a doubt with a calf problem. He has not been involved in the last 14 match-day squads, owing to the arrival of Ellery Balcombe in January but is not expected to be involved. Harry Anderson has been struggling with his groin again revealed Joey Barton to the Bristol Post. He is doubtful for the match, and with his contract up at the end of the season, there are question marks as to whether he will be in the blue-and-white jersey again.

Luke McCormick has been ruled out for the match, after Joey Barton revealed that he had been suffering with dentral trouble. He has missed the last three matches, and isn’t expected to play a part against Bolton.

Ian Evatt is hoping to welcome back Ricardo Santos, who has missed the last seven league matches through injury. Eoin Toal returned to action last week and should play again.

Jack Iredale is not available having undergone surgery for a knee injury in January which has ruled him out for the past five months. Jon Dadi Bodvarsson is also out but has returned to training as he recovers from an ankle injury. He required surgery in January and is likely to miss out on a place in the play-offs.

Luke Mbete suffered a knee injury in early April, and with a time scale of four to six weeks placed on him a fortnight ago, the Manchester City loanee could have played his last game for the club.
