Exeter City defeated Bristol Rovers at the Memorial Stadium as the Gas are now winless in seven.
The visitors took the lead through Sonny Cox inside the opening quarter of an hour as Matt Cox spilled Jack Aitchison's initial shot which left the 19-year-old with a simple tap-in.
Reece Cole nearly doubled Exeter's lead as his effort hit the post from inside the box and thankfully for the Gas it went out for a throw-in.
The Grecians continued to pile on the pressure in the first-half as Cox looked to score his second of the match but for Rovers' goal keeper who diverted the ball away for a corner kick.
Rovers had the ball in the back of the net on two occasions and both with John Marquis, however the linesman flagged the striker for offside each time.
The Grecians managed to see the match out against Matt Taylor's side, moving them to 19th in the division onto 30 points, just four points off the Gas who sit in 13th position.
Here is how we thought the Rovers players faired in their defeat this evening.
