Hide AdNorwich, relegated from the Premier League were the early favourites to bounce back up and have a squad capable of doing so.
For whatever reason, Norwich have been a difficult nut to crack for City, where they are winless in their last 10 matches with seven defeats and three draws.
The last time a win was tested against Norwich was in February 2009, which was over 13 years ago.
Cole Skuse opened the scoring but Jonathan Grounds equalised ten minutes later. A critical point in the match then happened as Gary Doherty was sent off for Norwich for a foul on Dele Adebola and up stepped Bradley Orr in first-half stoppage time.
