Ten free agents Bristol City could target this summer - including West Ham and Sheffield United stars
Could Nigel Pearson be in for a busy summer as he prepares to freshen up the Robins squad during the close-season?
There are several big decisions lying in wait for Nigel Pearson as he looks to bolster his Bristol City squad and help the club move on from an underwhelming season.
The Robins will round off their campaign with a visit to play-off contenders Huddersfield Town on Saturday and they travel to Yorkshire knowing they can finish no higher or lower than 17th place in the Championship table.
The likes of Timm Klose, Andy King, Chris Martin and Callum O’Dowda are all approaching the end of their current contracts at Ashton Gate - although Martin and O’Dowda are believed to have options of an additional year inserted in their deals.
But there will undoubtedly be a number of big decisions made on possible incomings as Pearson looks to put together a strong squad capable of pushing the Robins up the Championship table.
One source of potential signings is the free transfer market as some eye-catching names approach the final months of their contracts with their current clubs.
