They’re kick-off times all Championship clubs and fans continue to get used to this season.

But it’s fair to say Saturday 12.30pm kick-offs aren’t everyone’s cup of tea. Former Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp famously despised them, especially if the Reds were involved in European competition the game immediately before.

They’re here to stay, though, following Sky Sports’ bumper TV deal with the EFL, with Bristol City fans unable to attend August’s 1-1 draw with Coventry at Ashton Gate benefitting thanks to live coverage of the game on Sky Sports+.

This weekend’s home game against Leeds United will be the next time the Robins line up for a Saturday lunchtime fixture, with the upcoming match against Burnley on November 23 also chosen for live coverage on Sky Sports+.
