There are some big decisions lying in wait for the former Leicester City manager with several of his players approaching the end of their current deals at Ashton Gate.

And Pearson is already believed to be formulating his plans for the end of the season with Brazilian keeper Victor Braga and Aldershot Town’s young forward Lucias Vine reportedly on his radar.

The latter of that duo is currently on trial with City and made a 66-minute appearance for the Robins Under-23s in their draw with their Watford counterparts earlier this week.

One area Pearson could try to exploit is the free transfer market with a whole host of eye-catching names set to leave their current clubs when their contracts expire at the end of the season and amongst them is a number of familiar faces that Pearson could bring back to Ashton Gate this summer.
