Bristol City confirmed that the 58-year-old has now fully recovered and is now back with the team at the Robins High Performance Centre preparing for his first appearance in the Robins' dugout since their 3-0 defeat to Birmingham City.
Following his return, Pearson said: "It's good to be back and important that as manager I am around and visible," Pearson said. "But it's about doing the job and it's important that I am on my game too.”
Pearson’s absence was his second of the season having contracted Covid-19 for the second time in October.
