Bristol City boss Nigel Pearson was among only a handful of Championship managers to complete the 46-game season during the 2022-23 campaign.
A number of clubs opted to chop and change their head coach at different points of the season, with some even opting for more than one sacking in a choatic campaign.
Pearson oversaw a 14th-placed finish for the Robins, as they ended the season 10 points adrift of the top-six.
Looking ahead to next season, Pearson has said: “It’ll be a tough league because teams coming down from the Premier League are strong, the teams who have come up from League One are strong.
“It’s going to be very competitive. We know ourselves the second-half of the season in particular we really made quite an important progression ourselves. It’s something for us to be positive about but we always want to invest our money where we get value for money.”
