Bristol City have managed a mixed start to the second portion of the season following the World Cup break.
Nigel Pearson’s men won their first game back, seeing off Roterham United, but they have since lost to Stoke City to slip below the Potters, into 18th. Pearson knows he will need to strengthen his squad in the January transfer window to avoid a disappointing campaign, and it will be interesting to see how bold the Robins are in the market.
