Bristol City were beaten 2-1 at home by Millwall over the weekend. The Robins have slipped down to 17th in the league table and are five points above the relegation zone.

Blackburn Rovers ace eyed by Premier League club

Blackburn Rovers ace Ben Brereton-Diaz is reportedly on the radar of Everton. The attacker fired 22 goals in all competitions last season and has managed seven so far this term.

According to the Sunday Mirror the Toffees had scouts in attendance to watch him in action for Rovers last week away at Wigan Athletic. The Chile international’s contract at Ewood Park expires in the summer and he is currently due to become a free agent.

Hull City managerial update

Hull City remain in the hunt for a new boss to replace Shota Arveladze. Andy Dawson has been in caretaker charge for the past four games but has lost three of them.

As detailed in a report by Hull Live, owner Acun Ilicali has a ‘target’ in mind after seeing a deal for ex-Olympiacos boss Pedro Martins collapse. The Tigers were beaten 2-0 at home by Birmingham City on Sunday afternoon.

West Brom situation

West Brom are also currently without a permanent manager after sacking Steve Bruce last week. They have Richard Beale in interim charge and won 2-0 away at Reading last time out.

The club has been linked with Plymouth Argyle boss Steven Schumacher over the past 48 hours or so. He has done an impressive job since taking over at Home Park from Ryan Lowe earlier this year and his side sit top of the League One table. However, Plymouth Live have reported that the Pilgrims are yet receive an approach from the Baggies.
