Bristol City predicted XI vs Watford: Double change likely for Championship clash - gallery

The Robins travel to Watford on Boxing Day

Bristol City will go in search of a third consecutive victory when they travel to face fellow EFL Championship play-off hopefuls Watford on Boxing Day.

Despite a shaky run of form initially under new boss Liam Manning, the Robins have defeated two top sides in Sunderland and Hull City in the last 10 days, leaving them just four points off 6th position.

Tommy Conway was on target against the Tigers from the penalty spot, while two late goals from Anis Mehmeti and Jason Knight snatched the three points at Ashton Gate.

A welcome return last time out was Nahki Wells, the Bermudan has missed 11 matches through an ankle injury but came on against Liam Rosenior's side and looked sharp.

Watford go into the clash off the back of four wins in their last six matches, including a 5-1 demolition job of Preston North End.

Mileta Rajovic is the Hornets' top scorer this campaign with eight goals, with Vakoun Bayo and Matheus Martins no far behind the attacker.

Last season, this fixture ended in a 2-0 win for Watford, and City will be aiming for a more positive result this time around.

Here's how I think the Robins will set up...
