Bristol City will look to record a third consecutive victory when they visit Championship rivals Sunderland on Saturday.
The Robins go into the match after back-to-back 1-0 wins against Premier League hopefuls Leicester City and relegation-threatened Plymouth Argyle.
Liam Manning’s side are now comfortably above the relegation battle while being pretty much out of contention for the play-off places.
But, even though they’re set for another mid-table finish, the remaining games of this season are vital for the team and Manning, as the manager looks to retain positive momentum going into the summer.
Despite the Robins’ positive form, they will face no easy task at the Stadium of Light.
While Sunderland go into the match after a 5-1 thumping by Blackburn Rovers, they sit just one position below City in the table.
Jack Clarke has netted 15 goals this term and will be one player that the visitors will need to keep close tabs on, as well as Jobe Bellingham, who has scored seven so far.
The last time these two met, Tommy Conway’s goal led City to a 1-0 victory and the Robins will be hoping to complete the double over Sunderland on Saturday afternoon.
Here’s how I think the City will set up…

5. LB - Cam Pring

6. CM - Joe Williams
Made a huge impact when introduced against Plymouth and has surely earned himself a place in the starting XI. | Getty Images

7. CM - Jason Knight
Has been even more impressive and effective since moving back into a deeper role and will begin the match. | Getty Images

8. RM - Mark Sykes
Like Williams, made a big impact last time out. Played a hand in the winning goal and his pace will cause the Sunderland defence plenty of headaches. | Getty Images
