Bristol City v Sheffield United injury news as seven out and two doubts

Latest team news ahead of Bristol City against Sheffield United on Tuesday, November 5.

Bristol City come up against Sheffield United at Ashton Gate in the EFL Championship as they hope to maintain their eight game unbeaten run.

The last season in which these two sides met twice, Sheffield United recorded two 1-0 wins. Sheff Utd also have a good record down in the West Country, having won four of their last six matches at the Gate. City's home form has been superb this season though, and they are unbeaten in their last 11 home league matches, winning six and drawing five.

United have a good record in midweek, having won five of their last seven Championship games. The man to watch out for in the United ranks is Kieffer Moore who loves getting involved in a goal against them. He's been involved in four goals in his last six Championship appearances, and on his last visit to the Gate, he had a goal and an assist.

Ahead of the match, six points and six places separate City and United. Chris Wilder's men are third on 25 points, just a point off of Leeds United in second place. City are ninth, and only two points off the play-offs. With West Brom not playing until Thursday, Liam Manning's side have the chance to move in to the top six if other results go in their favour.

Tonight's match is available to watch should anyone be unable to attend. It is going to be shown on Sky Sports+, which is the streaming service which replaced iFollow and Robins TV. Here’s the team news from both camps ahead of kick-off.
