Bristol City predicted XI v Ipswich Town: Robins set for triple switch as attacking duo to return

The Robins travel to face the Premier League hopefuls

Bristol City will be eager to make amends for Saturday's Severnside Derby defeat to Cardiff City when they take on Championship high flyers Ipswich Town on Tuesday.

The Robins travel to Portman Road off the back of three consecutive losses, following defeats to QPR and Sheffield Wednesday before their Bluebirds disappointment.

Liam Manning will want a response from his sides recent slump in performance level, which has left them just six points from safety and at risk of being dragged into an unwanted relegation scrap.

But, the manager will be without several key members for the match. Matty James is struggling with an achilles problem which will see him miss out, while George Tanner is also missing.

Scott Twine returned to training on Monday but the match is likely to come too soon for him, and long-term absentees Sam Bell, Rob Atkinson and Ayman Benarous are also unavailable.

However, Kal Naismith could return to the squad following a hamstring problem.

City will need their big hitters to step up against the Tractor Boys, who have been in top form of late.

Nathan McKenna's outfit have lost just once in their last 12 league matches, and have netted an impressive 15 goals in their last five games.

The last time these two met, Ipswich ran out narrow 1-0 winners thanks to Nathan Broadhead's first-half goal, and Manning's side will be hoping for a better result on Tuesday.

Here's how I think the Robins will set up...
