Bristol City predicted XI v Huddersfield Town: Two key changes for Championship clash after Blackburn demolition job

The Robins host Huddersfield on Saturday

Bristol City will look to continue their positive end to the season when they host relegation-battling Huddersfield Town on Saturday.

The Robins have won three of their last four going into the clash against the Terriers and will be full of confidence following their emphatic 5-0 win against Blackburn Rovers on Wednesday night.

Tommy Conway, Nahki Wells and Anis Mehmeti were on target against John Eustace’s side and will fancy their chances of notching again against a struggling Huddersfield.

Andre Breitenreiter’s side sit just one position above the relegation zone thanks to their superior goal difference compared to Sheffield Wednesday.

With Rotherham United already relegated, Wednesday and Birmingham City occupy the remaining positions in the drop zone as it stands, with four matches to play.

The visitors’ defensive approach will likely see City dominate possession and have to be patient to break Town down, which is something that the Robins have found challenging in the past.

However, Bristol City’s excellent defensive record of late will provide plenty of confidence that if the hosts can find a way past the Huddersfield block, they will likely win the game.

Liam Manning’s side have now kept four consecutive clean sheets, with five in their previous six matches.

The last time these two met, Manning’s side were held to a 1-1 draw at the John Smith’s Stadium after goals from Delano Burgzorg and Conway.

Here’s how I think the Robins will line-up…
