It has been a busy summer at Ashton Gate so far and the club have delved into the transfer market to bring in Mark Sykes, Kal Naismith and Kane Wilson, whilst waving goodbye to players like Callum O’Dowda, Robbie Cundy and Kasey Palmer.

More transfer activity is expected over the next couple of weeks as they look to build a competitive squad.

Bristol City are in action tomorrow against League One side Cheltenham Town in a pre-season friendly in what will be a useful test before clashes against Portsmouth, Plymouth Argyle, Forest Green Rovers, Exeter City and AFC Bournemouth.
