Supporters are always keen to offer their opinions when it comes to transfers and followers of Bristol City are no different. The feeling of a new player being linked, and then holding up the latest shirt is one of the best buzzes you can get as a football fan, and then ten minutes later you're wanting someone else to come through the door.
Robins fans had the opportunity to let their opinions be heard through our latest big Bristol City survey. It covered several key topics, such as should they re-sign Joe Bryan, as well as if Alex Scott should be sold, and if so for how much. We'll be publishing more of our findings in due course, but right now we're releasing all the players the fans said they'd want Nigel Pearson to sign.
We put out on Friday, the first set of players that they thought the club could realistically sign. It came as no surprise that Joe Bryan came out on top, with multiple people wanting him to rejoin. Sheffield Wednesday's midfield maestro Barry Bannan was another, and that's interesting because at a time where there is an emphasis on youth, and bringing in players who have potential, fans are looking to experience to help them in their pursuit of a play-off spot. A controversial inclusion was Aaron Collins of Bristol Rovers, and given the transfer of Matty Taylor, you can't say that one was unrealistic. Collins was crowned Player of the Year in League One, and in some ways it makes sense, but Gas fans will be keen for history to avoid repeating itself.
Collins was part of the first list, but here are 17 more players that you the fans of City suggested should join. Do you think they're realistic, and do you agree with your fellow supporter?

13. Andy Carroll
Nine goals in 30 games for a struggling Reading is a decent return, but at 34 is he really what City need? He’s got aerial presence and knows where the net is, but could perhaps be considered as a last resort. | Getty Images Photo: Dan Isitene/Getty Images

14. Kieffer Moore
Moore has had a meteoric rise from being a lifeguard and playing non-league football to playing at a World Cup. Moore is proven in the Championship and now Bournemouth have survived, he could be moved on. | Getty Images Photo: Michael Steele/Getty Images

15. Lewis O’Brien
O’Brien had a difficult few months after being unable to play because a move to Blackburn Rovers fell throuh. He joined Nottingham Forest following three seasons at Huddersfield, and was a creative midfielder. He’s on loan until the summer at Wayne Rooney’s DC United. | Getty Images Photo: Michael Regan/Getty Images

16. Mo Eisa
Another former player that was suggested. Eisa’s just been relegated by MK Dons, but had his contract extended by the club. Eisa got 11 goals and three assists last season, but at City he made just six appearances, failing to score. | Getty Images Photo: Pete Norton/Getty Images
