Bristol City FC 24 player faces in full as Tommy Conway and Sam Bell look unrecognisable - gallery

Here’s how the Bristol City players look on EA FC 24 - some are absolutely spot on and then there are some others are way off the mark!

Bristol City are on EA FC 24, EA Sports' new franchise following the end of their agreement with FIFA. It's more or less the same game, just with a different name, and updated kits. The Robins' home kit is correct, and despite only being unveiled in mid-September, their Black away strip is on the game but there is no sign of their yellow and green third kit which they used for the second-half of the 2022/23 campaign.

The player ratings came out at the end of last month, and there weren't any major surprises, but it's always a discussion point. It was discussed by Gavin Marshall that we could potentially see Ashton Gate feature on the game in the coming months. The Women's team feature on the game for the first time, and as a result of their Women's Super League staus, Ashton Gate could feature and of course that would be usable to the men's team as well, but more on that when we have it.

Back to the players, and given it is 2023, you'd hope games are advanced that they can resemble the likeness of those who you’re playing as, but that’s not always the case. EA FC has a scanning process which is mainly reserved for Premier League teams, and other top-flight leagues. As a result, some players don’t have their exact likeness on the game and instead there are attempts to make it as accurate as possible. It does present some hilarious attempts however, and we’ve loaded up the game to see how the stars of Bristol City look, and we have to say that some of them are way off the mark!

Flick through the pages that have all the members of Bristol City’s first-team squad on EA FC 24. Let us know in the Facebook comments what you think of their looks, and whether some improvements will need to be made.
