Former Bristol City ace Han-Noah Massengo has appeared on the radar of Leeds United this summer as the Whites hope to pull themselves out of the Championship at the end of the season. According to Phil Hay on The Square Ball podcast, Leeds have set their sights on bringing him to Elland Road.
Massengo signed for the Robins for £7 million back in 2019 and racked up a total of 110 appearances in red. However, his contract expired last month and while is available to sign as a free agent, City will be eligible to receive a compensation fee if he joins a club in England.
Premier League teams enter race for Amad Diallo
Southampton and Sunderland are both in the running to sign Amad Diallo from Manchester United this summer, but two Premier League clubs have now entered the race for his services. The Saints have already made contact over a potential loan deal but now, newly promoted Burnley and Sheffied United have emerged onto the scene.
According to Football Insider, both teams are also interested in signing Diallo on loan as he looks for some valuable time on the pitch. The 20-year-old spent last season with Sunderland, where he contributed 13 goals and three assists in the Championship. Sunderland are eager to bring him back for another spell but with Premier League sides knocking, it will likely take a lot to sway his attention from top flight football.
