She admitted that feeling so burnt out led to snapping at her daughter, Matilda.

“I don’t actually stop, and I never actually get very tired like at all. I actually think I’ve naturally got a lot of energy; I definitely think I have ADHD. I’m like quite hyper.

“And yeah, like I never do like nothing. I always like to be busy, but yesterday I was getting to the point where I was so burnt out like so burnt out, and I was getting quite…I felt really bad; I was just snappy with Matilda, and i was just really tired, but i feel so good for this now, I feel fresh,” she said.

Helen went on to directly address other mums, asking them if they could relate to this.

She said: “I don’t know if other mum’s can relate, you know when you feel so tired that you feel like you could just break you just feel so tired.”

This was in part triggered when Helen was out at Sunday lunch with a close friend and her children, and her two-year-old son, Charlie, “pooped all over [her].”

“I feel like I really connect with the mum’s on here; I like sharing times that I’m not great and sharing my bad times,” Helen said.

The actress then went on to say that as a result of the poop incident, a woman gave her a “disgusted look” that really got to her, and the whole situation left her crying in a taxi on the way home.

Helen said: “It probably sounds absolutely ridiculous but it did [just get to me], and I think it’s just so important to be kind. I always try and be kind to people in all situations, and people should be kind to mums

“I think people should be kind. Yesterday, I was struggling, to be honest with you, to hold it together, I was hormonal, I felt very tired, I had things going on, and I just think it’s so important to be kind,” she said.

Helen is now a single mother after her split from her ex-fiance Bristol Rovers footballer Scott Sinclair.

Since the split, it has been reported that producers of hit reality show Celebs Go Dating want to sign Helen for their upcoming series.

Helen was recently revealed as a cast member of I’m A Celebrity South Africa after appearing on the show in the 2012 season.

The new season will begin airing this April.
