We visit the stunning Christmas display with over 50,000 festive lights, Santa workshop and free candy canes

All the money going to The Grand Appeal

Located at 102 Down Road, Winterbourne Down, Winterbourne, near the Cross Hands Pub, Winterbourne Wonderland is running for the third year.

They have raised almost £5,000 to date, with all the money going to The Grand Appeal which invests the funds in Bristol Children’s Hospital and St Michael’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

This year, the focus is on funding ventilators – a vital piece of equipment that helps critically ill babies and children breathe.

The Lights are on daily until January 1 from 4pm to 9pm and the display includes 2ft Gromit and Shaun the Sheep figures, Santa’s miniature workshop, a wishing well, free candy canes and stickers and a 13ft smart pixel tree with a 1ft Santa train circling beneath.

Donations can be made at the display and on their JustGiving Page.
