Knowle West Health Park has been a beloved site for locals for over 20 years.
Located on Downton Road in Knowle West, the park offers green space, walking paths and a playground, making it a popular destination for people of all ages.

The park is situated on the former Merrywood Grammar School site, which closed in 1995 and was later destroyed by a fire.
In 2022, the local community successfully fought against plans to build housing on the site after Bristol City Council earmarked it for around 50 new homes.
The park can also be accessed from Kildare Road and Novers Steps, and it adjoins part of the Northern Slopes nature reserve, offering breathtaking city views.
