Two men arrested as police seize Class A drugs at houses in Knowle and Kingswood

Two men have been arrested after police seized drugs, cash and mobile phones from two addresses in Knowle and Kingswood.

Officers conducted warrants at properties in Bristol and South Gloucestershire as part of an investigation into the supply of Class A drugs.

A 28-year-old man was arrested from a house on Clyde Road, Knowle, on suspicion of being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

As part of the same investigation, a 22-year-old man was arrested from a property on Downend Road, Kingswood, on suspicion of the same offence. Both remain in police custody.

A spokesperson from Avon & Somerset Police said: “A significant quantity of cash was also seized along with suspected Class A and B drugs and several mobile phones.”

Police say enquiries are “ongoing”.
