Two boys were arrested after a group of children threw eggs and stones, let off fire extinguishers and climbed scaffolding near shops in south Bristol.
Police responded to multiple calls about anti-social behaviour and damage in the Peterson Square area of Hartcliffe last Thursday evening (March 7).

Hide AdBetween 5pm and 6.20pm, ten incidents were reported, with staff at nearby supermarkets Morrisons and Iceland telling police of thefts and aggression from the group.
Officers identified more than half a dozen children aged 11 to 15 who were involved in or present in the incident.
There were also reports that a man in his 20s was encouraging the children's anti-social behaviour.
Attending officers were authorised to use their powers to order people to leave the area and not return for up to 48 hours to prevent harassment, alarm or distress to others.

Hide AdTwo boys were arrested who were taken home and released under investigation.
Police said the parents and carers of all those suspected of involvement are being visited and updated, with the children being issued with notices aimed at preventing further issues.
Uniformed officers will also continue to patrol the area.
