The Entertainer opens huge new toy shop at Cribbs Causeway

The Entertainer has announced the official opening date and launch day activities for its new store at the Cribbs Causeway Mall.

The high street toy retailer will be opening at Cribbs at 9am on Saturday (November 5), and to celebrate, The Entertainer has unveiled a variety of exciting in-store celebrations for visitors to enjoy. The new 3,266 sq. ft store will stock a huge selection of toys and games ready for Christmas.

Marking The Entertainer’s 171^st store opening in the UK, the new store will be officially declared open at the ribbon cutting ceremony at 8.45am by the winner of the grand opening competition, which took place in the build up to the opening across social media. One lucky winner will be part of the opening ceremony and win a £100 voucher to spend in-store.

The Entertainer is also set to welcome visits from some of the nation’s favourite characters throughout the opening day including Bluey, Optimus Prime, and Cam the Cat from Squishmallows, as well as The Entertainer’s very own Jack and an in-store balloon artist.

Alongside visits from much-loved characters, The Entertainer’s opening party will also include in-store toy demonstrations, a free gift with every purchase and plenty of toe-tapping party music played throughout the day.

For little ones that are already counting the days down until Christmas, from 11am to 3pm The Entertainer’s in-store elf will be on hand to help craft the perfect letter to Father Christmas, thanks to the return of the toyshop’s Santa’s Letter Workshop. The first 20 families through the door can also take part in the store’s lucky dip to win a gift card pre-loaded with a value from £5 to £100 to spend in-store.

Additionally, the opening day will give families the chance to win fabulous prizes, including a trip to Lapland in 2023 and a family holiday to Universal Studios in Florida, in The Entertainer’s latest competitions.
